ELECTROMAGNETIC STIRRING

√ No matter the bottom mounted DC electromagnetic stirrer  permanent magnet stirrer,due to its non-contact stirring,will  pollute the alloy solution.Since the stirrer is installed at the bottom of   the furnace,the alloy liquid at the bottom obtains a greater stirring force,while the stirring force at the top is small.Which means the surface oxide film is  easily damaged,effectively reduces the surface oxygen source of the alloy melt and obtaining high-quality melt
